Frankie
Francis, better known as Frankie, also known as Mr. Tall, Dark, and Gothy, is a shapeshifting fairy who does special ops work for the government. He has many fangirls, and is one of Twim and Sylphi's principle friends at club.
For all that his job is Serious Business, Frankie is a light hearted and fun-loving guy, with a penchant for mischief.
